Zokkor records, visualizes, and exports information you enter. It does not diagnose, monitor emergencies, or recommend treatment.
1. Service
The service lets registered users maintain a private glucose history and generate exports. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Medical disclaimer
Do not change insulin, medication, dosage, or treatment based solely on this service. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical decisions. In an emergency, contact the emergency services available in your location.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material, or misuse exports. The beta may change and brief maintenance interruptions may occur.
4. Your data
You retain rights in the information you enter. You authorize processing only as described in the Privacy Notice and can export or delete your information through the service.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided as a record-keeping tool and is not a regulated medical device or clinical record system. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for medical decisions, missed readings, device failure, or loss caused by relying on the service as an emergency or treatment system. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
